Alongside the qualifying and bits from yesterday (see linky at the bottom for pics of the racing) at Brands Hatch there was a nice selection of supercars there:
Countach: So 80s
This was a special edition version, although to be honest calling a Countach a special edition does seem to be stating the obvious.
VERY brave owner bringing this out in the rain.
Sun came out, and doors go up.
It moved, and more pictures of a Countach is always good.
Diablo turned up late in the day. The yellow on that car is incredible. never seen anything like it. LOVE IT!
Immaculate Alfa Gulia.
The owner has had it since he was 23 (in 1970). Was very nice and told me all about it.
Its undergone a full restoration quite recently, was originally blue, but red Alfas = the best Alfas.
Lotus Elise amoungst the spring bluebells.
Mean looking Jag.
Parked outside the GT cup tent was this lovely old Porsche.
Martini Stripes. Love it
458 Speciale, the details on this car are amazing. So many little aero flicks
Another little winglet. just controlling the air.
Maserati Merak, very unusual, and pretty too.
1 Marcos is always a special sight.
But 2 is very rare. This newer model looks mean.
HUGE exhaust. I like.
Goldy, a heavily modified GTR. Theres a lot of Aero on this car, which suggests it is properly quick.

Thanks for the photos! So many lovely cars (well, besides the GT-R), and that Countach... That thing is just perfection.

First one I have seen in the flesh, I love it. Its so in your face and loud, and sounded AMAZING when it was moving. Has to be the ultimate supercar, just because it is so utterly mad.
